The Western Balkans Enterprise Development & Innovation Facility (WB EDIF) consists of four pillars, of which one is the Support Services Facility:
The Support Services Facility will support the Western Balkans countries to further improve the environment for innovative and high-potential SMEs.
The Support Services Facility will enhance the laws and regulations together with Western Balkans countries to boost innovative and high-potential SMEs and stimulate the development of the venture capital ecosystem in the region, resulting in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment for successful starts-ups and developments of competitive firms.
The beneficiary governments and the Support Services Facility will agree to work on a set of priorities based on relevant existing programs and projects.
