The first informal meeting of the Investment Committee of ENEF was held in Belgrade on the 6th of May 2014. The representatives of the Investment Advisor held discussions with the members of the IC with the objective of preparing the ground for the first investments.
The first Board of Directors Meeting was held on the 11th of March 2014 in Luxembourg. The Board approved a series of resolutions relating to the administration of the Fund (including the appointment of its Chairman (on a one year rotating basis), and the establishment of its Investment Committee.
