The European Investment Fund (EIF) and Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka (CKB), have signed a guarantee agreement to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Montenegro via a Guarantee Facility under the Western Balkans Enterprise Development and Innovation Facility (WB EDIF).
